Delete your account
This page is the web path required by Google Play. The in-app path is faster.
In the app (immediate)
Open Profile → Delete account. This hard-deletes your account and private data, removes your public posts (tombstoned so other threads don’t break), and purges undelivered messages. It cannot be undone.
If you cannot open the app
Send a request below. We confirm from the address on the account and process deletion within 30 days — usually much sooner. We may ask one verification question to avoid deleting someone else’s account.
What is deleted
- Your account row, wallet, interests, notifications and blocks.
- Your rockets, sparks, comments and reactions.
- Undelivered messages queued to you, and messages you sent that are still queued.
- Public posts are tombstoned: the text is removed; the author shows as “Someone”.
Copies of messages already delivered live on recipients’ devices and cannot be recalled. See the privacy policy for the full data map.
